Okay first things first, the excellent. The interface to make the choice of product, and the level of service in handling and dispatching my order was excellent. The bag arrived very fast and in prefect condition, and after unpacking it I was very happy with the quality and manufacture. It's not a heavy duty bag, rather an everyday to the beach and back affair. It has a nice zip pocket where the handle of the board is, so it can be carried that way without the arm strap which I like- the arm strap banging while on the car is a nuisance so I remove it. I can't remember if there is a pouch for fins, because I ordered the incorrect size. This is where it gets a little painful, I mailed twice to the email address given for returns which is apparently not monitored. Then I logged into my account and sent a message which was not answered. I did receive a prompt reply when I got the invite to review, and saw another email. So now all good, my return has been authorised and I'm sending the cover back. Let the buyer beware- my fault and I accept that- but the cost of transporting the bag back is massive and completely negates any price benefit I got when original ordering online. I'm not sure if I will have to pay postage on the delivery of the correct size , which I'm prepared to do- you pay for your mistakes. Either way I could and should have gone to the local surf shop and brought the bag there- fitted it and walked away content, and saved money. My lesson is not to buy big and heavy articles online unless one is 100% sure they are correct, unless there are free returns.
This is not my first purchase from O&E, nor will it be my last, I will just be more careful in future. It's a great store with some awesome products. I just have to digest the cost of my foolishness!
