Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100* in one transaction store-wide to anywhere in Australia, otherwise there is a $15 shipping charge for all other orders. All of our orders are sent fast so you receive your gear as quickly as possible!

Delivery times are as follows:

Eastern States: 2-3 business days from shipping date.

W.A and remote areas: approx. 5 business days from shipping date.

We use Star Track Express and AusPost for our deliveries. Some orders may be shipped using Australia Post. We aim to ship orders between 1-3 days from when the order is placed depending on stock availability. We’ll let you know if there’s any delay.

Please use a 9am-5pm street or business delivery address rather than a PO Box for boardcovers, luggage and other large items.

All deliveries are dispatched by default 'Authority to Leave - no signature required'.

If you are not comfortable leaving your package unattended, please enter instructions in the 'Order Comments' section. If Star Track attempts to deliver and no one is available to sign for the delivery and there are no delivery instructions, Star Track will leave a card notify you that the parcel has been taken back to the nearest depot, you are then required to, and responsible for the collecting of the order.

You can nominate somewhere for our courier to leave the package (eg. back veranda) these details should be entered at Checkout in the shipping section 'Order Comments'.

If you have received a damaged or defective item from us, please contact us immediately by email at with a brief description of the item’s problem and your invoice number. We will issue you a return authorisation number (RAN) and supply you with the return address details. Please follow the simple return procedure and we will arrange an immediate exchange of product, repair or refund. Exchange can only be made where appropriate and if item is available. Repair will be made by Ocean and Earth if required, and we will cover the cost of repairing the item if faulty. The delivery of the repaired or exchanged item back to the buyer will be covered by Ocean and Earth. If a product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued on receipt of product in same manner as payment was made. Email us at if required



Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set. We recommend trying on swimwear over underwear as soiled items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your own expense.



If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a seven day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. We will issue you a return authorisation number (RAN) and supply you with the return address details. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition with original packaging including dust protector bags and swing tickets. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore, we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Ocean and Earth will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund and return the items to you without notification, if your return does not comply with our policy. A refund for change of mind will not include the costs incurred by Ocean and Earth for the original delivery charges to the original address provided by the buyer. All refunds will only be exchanged to the purchasing cardholder. Refunds, exchanges or credits will not be accepted under any condition if you fail to meet our above policy procedures, due to a faulty item or change of mind.
